Included:-This introduction is crafted to make you feel comfortable & cared for.-Electronic scan for body composition-Full Range of Motion Test-Motor control assessment-Thru the data we collect , we’ll prescribe and present the best options for improving your health and getting started at Skyline CrossFit.

2. START

We start you in a program for YOU, with the knowledge of the information we collect from above.

Everyone has different goals and we build your plan around what is the best fit for you.

We start with 5 one-on one personal sessions built to not only get you moving but also to start learning!

3. TRAIN

Skyline is in the business of professionalized coaching. We strive to make every class an opportunity to get better. We push our athletes to limits only possible through our program.

At Skyline you will be coached. You will be taught and coached through all movements in every class you attend. We take attention to detail from the personal training space and and camaraderie and intensity from the group training space and put them together. This combo is not available anywhere else…..period.
