6:00 – 12:00 – 4 (each) prowler push 50′ down & back (100' total) 135/95#
12:00- 18:00 – 26 (total) Stone to Shoulder 145/95#
18:00 – 24:00 – 4 (each) Sled pull down (hand over hand w/ rope) 50′ & sled drag back 50′ – 135/90#
24:00 – 30:00 – 100/80 (total) Calorie Assault Bike
