PERSONAL TRAINING

1 on 1 Training:

Privates are individualized training sessions designed to address your specific needs. Your coach will work with you to assess those needs and help you establish movement competency while building a base of strength and conditioning. This is a great option for anyone who has specific concerns or wants to tailor their training to reach a particular goal. You can also use personal training to prepare you for our general group classes.  We also offer semi-private and small-group training.

New to Skyline?

Foundations: $200

Includes 4 - 1 hour private sessions plus 2 weeks of Unlimited membership.

Our Foundations program is where athletes new to CrossFit go to learn how to perform our movements and get familiar with our training philosophy. All the major lifts and exercises will be taught from scratch with an emphasis on technical proficiency. These cycles meet for a total of 4 classes at the cost of $200 per person. Each class will cover 3-5 new movements and then end with a workout that can be scaled up or down according to your abilities.  

 

 

GROUP CROSSFIT CLASSES

Unlimited: $175 a month

Includes unlimited classes and open gym hours.

3 Days a week : $160 a month

Includes any 3 classes a week of your choice.

2 Days a week:  $145 a month

Includes any 2 classes a week of your choice.

Fit 55+: $160 a month

MWF at 11am. Fit 55+ is a strength and conditioning class for older adults who are not content to simply sit on the couch getting older. As the old adage goes, “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” Research points to development of chronic disease in older populations not as a consequence of aging alone, but as a product of decreased activity and less-than-healthy lifestyle choices. Fit 55+ to the rescue! All classes include a warm up, a weight-training circuit intended to build strength and bone density, and a conditioning circuit designed to improve cardiovascular health. Prerequisites: Open to any older adult who wants to exercise in a fun, safe, and inclusive manner.

 

KID FIT:

10% discount for more than 1 child!

Sundays at 1pm. Developing a positive association between fitness, physical activity, and the joy of movement is the primary goal of our programs. Our Kids classes are comprised of games, obstacle courses, relay races, basic gymnastics, stamina, endurance, and other engaging physical activities. Prerequisites: NONE
