Grant has checked into over 250 classes at Skyline CrossFit! Congratulations for making fitness a top priority in your life! Grant has been apart of Skyline since January 2018. Grant has been a dedicated member and try his hardest with his schedule to make it to the gym everyday. Grant asks a lot of questions and is highly coachable. Long Dynamic

Skill:

Plyometric Warm Up

WOD:

Partner WOD

2 rounds for time of:

50 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20)(Follow the leader)

50 Synchro Goblet Squat w/ KB (53/35)

First athlete will do a burpee box jump over

then athlete will follow partner over same direction

Both athletes have to jump over box to equal one rep.

Intermediate:

Partner WOD

2 rounds for time of:

40 Burpee Box Jump (20/20)

40 Goblet Squat w/ KB (53/35)

Fitter Faster:

Partner WOD

2 rounds for time of:

30 Burpee Box Jump (20/12)

30 Air Squat
