10 Banded Press

Skill:

Clean Push Jerk

Strength:

Every 2 minutes for 6 rounds

2 Clean and Push Jerk (Touch and Go)

WOD:

15-12- and 9 reps

Clean & Jerk

Score is weight used for all three unbroken sets.

Each set must be unbroken (touch and go at floor) only; even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. Use same load for each set.
