Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 strict muscle-ups

8 single-leg squats, alternating

Intermediate B:

3 strict chest to bar pull-ups

3 strict ring dips

8 single-leg squats, alternating

Fitter Faster:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 strict banded pull-ups

8 single leg squat on box or air squats
