WOD:

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

1 L-sit Rope climb (15ft)

15 push-ups

Intermediate:

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

1 Legless Rope climb (12ft)

12 push-ups

Fitter Faster:

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

1 Rope lower and raise

9 elevated push-ups
