Jumping Jacks

Air Squats

Mountain Climbers

Ninja Squats

Skill:

L-Sit

Front Scale

Back Scale

Back Squat

then,

10min to warm up to working set

WOD:

Every 4min complete:

Back squat 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1 reps

Alternate with:

Accumulate 30 sec L-Sit

and

20 sec Left Front Scale

20 sec Left Back Scale

20 sec Right Front Scale

20 sec Right Back Scale

Intermediate:

Every 4min complete:

Back squat 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1 reps

Alternate with:

Accumulate 30 sec L-Sit

and

20 sec Left Front Scale

20 sec Left Back Scale

20 sec Right Front Scale

Fitter Faster:
