10 Strict Handstand Pushups

Intermediate:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

8 Deadlifts (115/75)

6 Strict Handstand Pushups

Fitter Faster:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

6 Deadlifts (75/50)

6 Pushups or Box HSPU

Alternate every round with:

6 Seated DB Press
