WOD:

10 Strict Pull-ups

Intermediate:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

8 Squat Snatches (75/55)

6 Strict Pull-ups

Fitter Faster:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

6 Squat Snatches (55/35)

6 Strict Banded Pull-ups

alternating every round with,

6 Ring Rows
