4min WarmUp ( Jumping Jack's, Squats, Burpees, Mountain Climbers)

Skill:

Handstand

Handstand Walk

Press to Handstand

Back Squat

then,10min to workup to first working set

WOD:

Every 4min complete*

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Between each set of back squat

alternate between each movement.

1. Accumulate 20sec in Freestanding Handstand

2. Handstand Walk 30ft

3. Press to Handstand

Intermediate:

Every 4min complete*

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Between each set of back squat

alternate between each movement.

1. Accumulate 30sec in Handstand

2. Handstand Walk 15ft

3. Press to Handstand from Box

Fitter Faster:

Every 4min complete*

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

2. 20 Shoulder Touches in plank
