We will be hosting “Friday Night Lights” tonight 5pm to 7pm live with DJ Cruz!. We will be doing 19.1 for class WOD if you are signed up for the competition you are welcome to do it in class just make sure you have someone in class that can judge you. There will be no 4pm and 5pm class but gym will be open!
