There will be one workout announced every Thursday for the next 5 weeks and we will complete this workout on Friday as the “Workout of the Day”.

Want to get a big push? Join us for Friday Night Lights for the next 5 Fridays.

Want to experience Fridays Night Lights in a class setting led by a coach?

  • 4pm and 5pm class will be coach led Friday Night Lights.

Want more time to set up a prepare for the workouts?

  • Come out between 6pm and 8pm and knock it out on your own or with your friends!
