Warmup: Dot Drill Squat Warmup Skill: Bar Muscle Up WOD: 1 mile run then, rest 2min 3 rounds of 7 Bar Muscle Ups 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20) Intermediate: 1 mile run then, rest 2min 3 rounds of 4 Bar Muscle Ups 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs  (24/20) Fitter Faster: 800m run then, rest 2min 3 rounds of 5 Ring Rows 5 Push Ups 10 Burpee Box Jump overs (20/12) (Pick a target you can jump on even if its a 10lbs plate!)
