Mountain Climbers

Skill:

Snatch

Pull Up

Handstand Walk

L-Sit

WOD:

In 30 minutes complete:

3 Rounds of:

L-sit for time.

Handstand walk for distance.

Chest to bar weighted pull-up for load.

Snatch 1 rep for load.

Rest as needed between movements

Intermediate:

In 30 minutes complete:

3 Rounds of:

Knees at Parallel for time.

Handstand Shoulder touches for reps

Chin Over weighted pull-up for load.

Snatch 1 rep for load.

Rest as needed between movements

Fitter Faster:

In 30 minutes complete:

3 Rounds of:

Seated Leg Raise (Inseated position and legs straight,

raise feet 3 inchs on ground with toes pointed.

Max set of knee or bar pushups.

Banded strict pull ups ( 8-12 rep range)

Hang Snatch 1 rep for load.
