Gymnastic Warm Up

Skill:

Handstand Push Ups

Strength:

Weighted pull-ups

3-3-3-3-3 reps

WOD:

Death by Handstand Push Up and Pull Up

1 of each the first min, 2 of each the 2nd minute, 3 of each of the 3rd min so on until you are able.

Intermediate:

Death by Handstand Push Up and Pull Up
