Ring Muscle Up Progression

 

WOD:

Complete a Muscle Up

every 30 seconds for 30 minutes.

 

Intermediate:

Complete a Muscle Up

every 60 seconds for 30 minutes.

 

Fitter Faster:

Complete 3 Jumping Ring Dips

and False Grip Ring Rows

every 60 seconds for 30 minutes.

or

Complete a Eccentric Muscle Up

every 90 seconds for 30 minutes.
