Sam Upchurch is our transformation of the week.  Sam had been on a nutrition and intermittent fasting protocol before entering Skyline and helped jumpstart us to helping others with it. Sam needed some more strength and conditioning to add to his already awesome system.  With these two combined it is a killer combo and Sam is not only is losing weight but is getting stronger and being able to move more efficently.
