Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

7 Handstand push-ups

10 Strict Supinated Pull-ups

 

Fitter Faster:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

7 push-ups

8 Supinated Australian Pull-ups
