Warm Up:

Quick Primal

 

Skill:

L-Sit Rope Climb

Hand Push Up

one legged squats

 

WOD:

Five rounds for time of:

15 foot L-rope climb, 1 ascent

5 Parallette handstand push-ups

10 barbell one-legged overhead squat (45/35)

For the rope climb, begin seated on the ground. For the handstand push-ups, the ears should dip below hand level. For the one-legged squats, alternate legs.

 

Intermediate:

Five rounds for time of:

15 foot rope climb, 1 ascent

5 handstand push-ups

10 Pistols or one legged squat to target

 

Fitter Faster:

Five rounds for time of:

2 Rope Lowers and Raises

10 push-ups

20 Walking Lunges steps
