Long Dynamic

 

Skill:

Push Up

Air Squat

Pull Up

 

WOD/Intermediate:

"Chelsea"

EMOM in 30 minutes

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Air Squats

 

Fitness WOD:

EMOM in 30 minutes

5 Jumping Pull-Ups

10 Knee Push-Ups

15 Air Squats to Target

 

If you can't maintain pace every minute

subtract 1 pull up, 2 push ups, 3 squats

the following minute until you are able to

finish the set every round.
