WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Warmup:

Hinshaw Warm Up

 

Skill:

Load bar from Rack

Setup will be like back squat

Load up double body weight

Unrack weight and hold for 5 sec

This helps to warm up CNS.

 

WOD:

"Skyline Mile"

“The lifter will have loaded onto

his/her shoulders a weight equal to

100% of bodyweight. The lifter will

then carry the weight a distance of

one mile.

(Use Axle Bars)

 

Intermediate:

"Skyline Mile" 

“The lifter will have loaded onto

his/her shoulders a weight equal to

50% of bodyweight. The lifter will

then carry the weight a distance of

one mile.

Fitness WOD:

"Skyline Half Mile" 

“The lifter will have loaded onto

his/her shoulders a weight equal to

33% of bodyweight. The lifter will

then carry the weight a distance of

one half mile.
