Warmup:

Clean Progression PVC/Bar

 

WOD:

You have 40 minutes to:

Run 1 mile

Clean 1-1-1-1-1

Run 1 mile

 

Intermediate:

You have 40 minutes to:

Run 1000m

Clean 1-1-1-1-1

Run 1,000m

 

Fitness WOD:

You have 40 minutes to:

Run 800m

Clean 1-1-1-1-1

Run 800m

This workout is to hit a maximal 5 singles of Cleans as possible. The cleans are sandwiched between two runs.  This adds variability and also makes you have to figure out the best rest times to complete all the work in 40 minutes. This will test your cardio and total strength in clean at the same time testing the mental fortitude to know when you can push and when to rest.
