Warmup:

Squat Warmup then sub run

WOD:

You have 40 minutes to:

Row 1K

Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps 

Row 1K

Score is both 1k times combined and

total weight of all 5 back squats.

This workout is to hit a maximal 5 singles of back squat as possible. The squats are sandwiched between two 1k rows.  This adds variability and also makes you have to figure out the best rest times to complete all the work in 40 minutes. This will test your cardio and total strength in squat at the same time testing the mental fortitude to know when you can push and when to rest.
