3xME C2B Burn out with bands. If reps are above 10 decrease band tension. If reps below increase tension.

WOD:

Ten rounds for time of:

10 Wallball shots (20/14)

10 Pull-ups

Intermediate:

Ten rounds for time of:

10 Wallball shots (14/10)

8 Pull-ups

Fitness WOD:

Eight rounds for time of:

8 Wallball shots (10/6)

8 Jumping Pull-ups

Weighted pull ups with 225lbs 3reps and a BW of 215lbs. maybe a record.
