Death by Pull Ups

Strict PullUps

 

Intermediate:

Death by Pull Ups

Kipping PullUps (Only if you can't do 10 or more in a row)

 

Fitness WOD:

Death by assisted Pull Ups

using a band during pullups

Strict no kipping
