7 Strict Deficit Handstand push-ups (Ears below Hands)

“Double up” is two round trips from  seated position with only touching butt to ground between ascents.”

Intermediate:

Seven rounds for time of:

One footed Double Up Rope climb  7 Strict Handstand push-ups (“One footed Double up” is two round trips from standing position with only touching one foot to ground between ascents.)

 

Fitter Faster:

5 push-ups ( Full range of motion)
