then,

12 min to warm up to 1rm Bench Press

WOD:

5 rounds of:

Establish 1RM Max Bench Press

rest 30secs

Max Strict Pull-ups (If less than 8 then use Kipping)

Intermediate:

Intermediate athletes can complete this as prescribed.

Fitter Faster:

5 rounds of:

5 rep Bench Press

rest 30secs

10 Ring Rows
