Back Extension

WOD:

Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:

Run 400 meters

10 L-Pull-ups

15 Hip Extension with (25/15) pound dumbbell

20 Sit-ups with (25/15) pound dumbbell

Intermediate:

Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:

Run 400 meters

10 Supinated Pull-ups

15 Hip Extension

20 Abmat Sit-ups

Fitter Faster:

Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:

Run 200 meters

10 Ring Rows/Rack or Banded Pullups

10 Goodmorning (35/15)

10 Abmat Sit-ups
