WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Intermediate:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Bench press (95/65)

10 Chin over bar Pull-ups

Fitter Faster:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

8 Bench press (65/45)

8 Jumping Chin over bar Pull-ups
