Skill:

Back Squat

Front Squat

OH Squat

WOD:

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Increasing weight every set for all 15 sets

Every 2 min complete a lift
