Crossfit HQ will be getting some footage of the 4pm class today.  If you would like to be apart of it stop on by! Gym will be closed 3pm to 4pm.

 Amisha Lindsey is a coach at Skyline CrossFit and is our first featured athlete for this years CrossFit Open. 

Are you participating in the CrossFit Games Open 2018?

-Yes!

 

How many times have you participated?

-This will be my 6th year

 

Why do you participate in the Open?

-I participate in the Open as a way to challenge myself to continually get better.  I also do it because I LOVE the community and how the Open brings everyone together for 5 weeks!

 

What is your favorite part of the Open?

-Friday Night Lights at Skyline!  

 

Would you recommend the Open for everybody? If so why?

-Absolutely! The Open is the perfect time to challenge, and maybe even surprise, yourself with what you can do. Its also a good way to track progress over the years as it keeps track of each  workout your perform.   There is also a scaled division so if you are new to crossfit participating in this division is a great way to get your feet wet and join in on the fun!

Adding weight each round

Rd1: 50/35

Rd 2: 55/40

Rd 3: 60/45

Rd 4: 65/50

Rd 5: 70/55
