This is Carlos Castillo. He came in to Skyline with chronic lower back pain that made everyday tasks difficult. He would feel this pain from the moment he woke up to the the time he went to bed. I told him he needed to strengthen his core to help stabilize the the spine and it would stop the pain. Though Carlos was very hesitant when I told him CrossFit would help relieve his chronic back issues, he started up and now over a year and half later Carlos is fitter than ever and pain free!

- Running 8-10 Miles 2-3 times per week, Few years
What chronic injuries did you have?
-Constant Lower back pain, compressed L4 and L5 , Pain on my right knee.
Do you have in underlying issues or injuries after 1 year of crossfit?
No injuries at all
Do you think CrossFit helped these injuries. If so why?
Yes. My lower back pain is gone and my mobility has increased.
