I have noticed a lot of people coming in during class hours and doing their own workout. Just a reminder at Skyline during class hours there is no Open gym. Open gyms hours are 7am - 12pm and 1pm -4pm and Saturdays after 11am.
If you want to lift or and add some supplemental work in after the class that is completely fine as long as it is done in the Skyline Weight Room. It is very important to our community and fitness that everyone participates in class. Working on weaknesses and doing things you are not good at is what CrossFit is all about. The great thing about CrossFit is everything can be scaled and modified so everyone does the same workout.
Starting today if you are in the gym during class hours you must do the class. Thanks for your understanding.
