Terri Pham is doing the CrossFit Open!

1. How many years have you participated in the CF Open?

      -This will be my 6th year participating in the Open.

 2. Whats your favorite part of the CF Open?

    - My favorite part of the CrossFit Open is how we get a unique opportunity to experience the same suffering, circumvention, triumph, and elation as those around us and those who compete at a pro level. Beyond participating, we contribute and invest our time, energy, and love for the benefit of others.

 3. Why should someone sign up for the CF Open?

     - Because there are people who wish they can do HALF of the amazing things we train to do . Plus, it is awesome to be able to highlight how you as an athlete have developed. It is gratifying to see the results of many days of sweat and active discipline.
