BRING YOUR BIKE TO SKYLINE COMING IN 2018!

Starting in the new year we will be hosting "Bring your bike to Skyline Day". We will be having workouts incorporated with bike riding so if you have a bike,  you can bring it that day and join the fun.  Don't have a bike? Thats fine borrow one of ours or ride one of the indoor bikes!

Hector Matamoros is a Houston Firefighter and long time Skyline member.  His yearly goal is running the full Houston Marathon.  Hector hasn't added extra training besides his daily routine at Skyline CrossFit.  Hector recently let us know he is down 1:30 on his mile pace from earlier in the year.  All Hector did was stay more consistent in class and added a little more intensity.  Hopefully he can set a new personal record for his annual marathon.  Keep up the good work Hector!
