  This young man is Victor, he is apart of Crossfit Humble. He came in one day with some friends and family and was watching them workout. He was so inspired he wanted to try it himself. However, he is more inspiring to us than he might know. Never say I can't, he didn't, and know look at him; he is doing something he loves. Thanks to Lance, and the team over at Redefined Crossfit for showing us some cool things to have Victor do in the future.
