Whats up Raiders!

We are officially 5 weeks out from the Open! I wanted to have a slight de-load from heavy squats this week, but there will be plenty of lighter “squat-style” accessory movement programmed in the WODs. The focus of these next five weeks is getting us geared towards open workouts. Trust the programming and go into every WOD with 100% intensity. If it seems that the programming is light… there is a reason for that, just go faster.
