This mini-cycle marks the final 3 weeks of our Squat Cycle. The testing of your back squat and front squat will spread over about 7 days in Week 3 and De-load week. You can also go for a new PR in the WOD today. If your feel good go for it if not just use it for another maximal lifting day. Happy lifting!

Do a set every 3:30

Back squats

5-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1 reps

After every set complete:

10 KB Side bends each side

and alternate every round with:

30 sec front plank and 30sec back plank
