Saturday is Testing Day.  The goal of this week is to prepare for the 1RM Snatch, C & J and possibly back squat.  Each day the mindset should be to lift like your hitting a 1RM.

20 Strict Bar Pull Ups

10 Strict Rings Muscle Ups

BB CYCLING:

Snatch

85% x1

Clean & jerk

Strength:

Front Squat

2x1 @ 85%

Reverse Hyper

3x20

WOD:

Death by Handstand Push Up and Pull Up

1 of each the first min, 2 of each the2nd minute,

3 of each of the 3 rd min

so on until you are capable.
