This is Testing week so everything will be on track to test on Friday. The WODs for competitors have been changed accordingly to test on Friday. So make sure you go by this page and not what is programmed for class. Thursday will be an optional day posted for all you big monkeys. There will be no programming posted for Saturday, you are urged to come do the Outdoor WOD at Skyline. Any questions please let me know.
