1 Power Snatch + 3 OHS + 1 T&G

Snatch (full squat) – begin @ 60-70%

70% of 1rm Power Snatch and

work to a max for the complex

 

Strength/GST:

1a) 4X45 seconds ME TTB

– rest 90 sec.

1b) 4X3 Thrusters – heaviest

possible, rest 90 sec.
