A lot of the accessory movements that we do have there purpose and that purpose is BALANCE.  CrossFitters and Weightlifters alike, all usually have the same imbalance issues.  These top two imbalances are Quad | Hamstring and Upper Trap | Lower Trap.  I will get more in depth on these in future posts.
