3 Position Clean + 1 Jerk

1×1@50%, 1×1@55%

1×1@60%, 2×1@65%

2 Jerks per set, 1 after each

3 position clean

 

Metcon:

20 min amrap

5 chest-to-bar pull-ups

10 ring dips

95-lb. overhead squats, 15 reps

Bench Press

Do 10 sets to find

Find 3 RM for day

Add weight each set

 

GST:

5 min to accumulate as many

headstand to freestanding

handstands as possible.
